Steward Marketing is how a privacy-first company grows: a human Steward who runs your channels with you, and a Steward Key the buyer creates — so you learn which post earned a client's trust without ever learning who they are.
How it works
Posts go out from your own node. Every link to your own sites is tagged with a one-off attribution code bound to that post.
A visitor who wants to stay in touch creates a Steward Key. Their device makes the secret; you keep only its SHA-256 fingerprint.
Each return adds a touch only when they authenticate with their key — a conscious act, not a cookie following them around.
You see Steward Keys and returns per post. That is the whole signal: which content earned trust. No names, no addresses, no profiles.
The human Steward
A Steward is a person — not a ticket queue — who manages your access to the connected services: the Embassy Tunnel™, Ambassador agent command, and Steward Marketing with Beacon Impact attribution. Drafts are written by agents and approved by you; every approval's fingerprint is signed into a tamper-evident ledger, so what went out is provable later.
JSON twins — content you can prove
Every important record in Sovereignware has a JSON twin: structured data that renders as the document. Committing it freezes the exact bytes and signs their SHA-256 into a ledger. This page has one too — linked below — so crawlers, AI assistants and auditors read the same facts a person does.
